Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If dk33 roma detects such activity, all associated accounts will be terminated and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the dk33 roma support team immediately.

As part of the account verification (KYC) process, dk33 roma may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is complete.

All bets on dk33 roma are governed by the rules below. It is each member's responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled; however, the cash-out option may be available under certain conditions. The odds recorded on dk33 roma's server at the time of placing the bet are considered final.

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended, dk33 roma will refund the full stake for that bet. For accumulator bets, any cancelled selection will be removed and the remaining bet will stand.

Dk33 roma reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded in full.

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on dk33 roma. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (৳50,000 without account verification).

Dk33 roma follows a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If any suspicious transaction is detected, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the account is fully verified.

Free bets must be used within the specified timeframe once credited. Winnings from free bets will be added to your account after deducting the original stake. Free bets cannot be converted to cash.

• Misconduct toward dk33 roma staff or other members
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

Dk33 roma reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. In most cases, however, the member will be notified beforehand.

Possible Reasons for Account Termination:

• Violating these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request

If you wish to close your account, please contact the dk33 roma support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.

For inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months), dk33 roma may deduct a monthly maintenance fee. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

Dk33 roma reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of dk33 roma after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you will have the option to close your account.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure by dk33 roma to enforce any term at a given time does not waive the right to enforce it in the future.
